Most of the designs can be re-make as long as my suppliers have the components in stock. Usually I would cap 1 to 2 pieces per design to ensure uniqueness every release, but not to worry, just email Belle-inspirations to check out for possibilities for remakes(:
Do Belle-inspirations do customization?
Definitely. Length, colour, ear hooks, bead sizes are some of the customizable options. That's why our items are hand-made. Should any designs of your liking you wanna change/customize, just indicate in your email and i'll customize it for you as much(your order preference) as possible.
Customizations are discussed via emails. Hopefully you know exactly what you want your item(s) to be for example, the colour(i want it to be blue - *colour code*), bead size(i want slightly smaller beads), length(i want slightly longer), and all discussions would be made and sorted out before confirming the order.
Any additional fees?
For customization, additional crystal beads/components would be charged. Belle-inspirations could not give you a fixed price now, as we have to charge accordingly to the components you requested/customized.
For remakes, there would not be any charges. (:
I really want to get this item, but I have sensitive ears.... how?
For belles who have problems with sensitive ears, no worries cos you can always indicate in your order to upgrade your earring hooks to either 925 silver / 14k gold-filled. A S$2 charge applies. There's always alternatives to bring out each belle's beauty (:
Mode Of Payments?
❥Bank Credit Transfer (POSB) - Most direct and simplest way. ❥PayPal - for belles at overseas, this could be the only mode to make payments. ❥Money Order - There would be an additional of S$2.oo charge on top of your postage and item(s). ❥Concealed Cash - This is the last way you would resort to if the above 3 ways is a no-no.
Registered mail? Normal mail?
Basically, choosing registered mail is just like buying an insurance for your item(s). There is a tracking number assigned to the mail so should anything goes wrong, we could track them down. As you are buying earrings/necklaces/wristlets, they have some volume unlike flat papers, it may get stuck in between the mailing process and "go missing". You don't want that happening to your pretty dearies, do you? So registered mail would be Belle-inspirations recommendation for Mode of Collection - Mailing.
Do Belle-inspirations do meet-ups for payments and/or item collections?
We don't do meetups. Actually, mailing is the most convenient way for both parties to complete the transaction. Don't you think so?
